Objective

Travel involving Young People requires a high level of reliability and safety. The MFA Guest Trip Protection Policy aims to mitigate the consequences of a major unforeseen event affecting a confirmed stay.

This policy applies exclusively in the following cases:

1. General Principle

When conditions are met, MFA commits to:

  1. Searching first for an alternative solution within the MFA network (host family or back-up family), at no additional cost to the Guest Family, or
  2. Failing that, contributing to the costs of third-party accommodation, within the limits defined below, or
  3. Offering a full refund of credits and associated fees if no solution is accepted.
