MY FAMILY ABROAD, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €30,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 999 956 303 R.C.S. Paris, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France ("MFA", "we", "our"), provides the website myfamilyabroad.com, its applications and all associated services/community spaces (collectively, the "Platform") and the matchmaking and support services related to homestay immersion experiences (collectively with the Platform, the "Services"), subject to compliance with these Terms of Use (the "ToU").

By using the Platform and/or the Services, you agree to be bound by these ToU, the Privacy Policy and all ancillary policies incorporated by reference (e.g.: Code of Conduct, Cancellation Policy, Safeguarding Policy, Insurance Policy, etc.).

MFA is a "give-to-get" community: families actively participate in the ecosystem, host, send, and commit to respecting a strict framework of safety, transparency, and fairness.

IMPORTANT – COMMITMENT AND SAFETY

Stays involve minors (from age 12) and/or young adults. Accordingly, MFA applies a limited tolerance policy: any behavior, inconsistency, or failure of a nature likely to harm safety, respect, trust, or the smooth running of a stay may result in immediate suspension, cancellation of stays, and termination.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the ToU. If you do not accept the ToU, do not use the Services.

3. Access to Services – Who Can Use MFA?

You may use the Services only if: (1) you are 18 years of age or older (account holder), (2) you are legally capable of entering into contracts, (3) you have not been suspended or banned (unless explicitly reinstated), (4) you provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. MFA may request additional information to verify your identity and eligibility, and may refuse/suspend/terminate access at any time for safety or compliance reasons.

4. Account, Account Security, Accuracy

You are solely responsible for: the confidentiality of your login credentials, the activities carried out under your account, keeping your information up to date (profile, home, family composition, availability, etc.). Any account created or used with false, misleading, stolen, or inconsistent information may be suspended or terminated.
